What is wrong with this man?

I seem to be great at coming up with (two) punchlines. It’s the back story what elludes me.

Punchlines:

2. Calling in sick to work on account of having Dutch Elm Disease.

My proposed names for future Mike Patton projects:

2. Human Parvo

3. Singles Only Community

4. El Topo

5. Sport Lauderdale

And any of you out there (that don’t live in the South) that decide to take on “hillbilly” or “redneck” humor, please do not engage me in conversation. I love the South.
